\u5468\u671f\u51b7\u51bb\u4fdd\u5b58\u7684\u80da\u80ce\u89e3\u51bb\u540e\uff0c\u79fb\u690d\u5230\u5b50\u5bab\u8154\u5185\u3002\u79fb\u690d\u901a\u8fc7\u7ec6\u8f6f\u5bfc\u7ba1\u7ecf\u5b50\u5bab\u9888\u5b8c\u6210\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u624b\u672f\u6216\u9ebb\u9189\u3002FET \u5bf9\u6240\u6709\u4eba\u90fd\u66f4\u597d<\/td><\/tr>\n<\/table>\n<h3>\u81ea\u7136\u5468\u671f\u4e0e\u836f\u7269\u5468\u671f\u6709\u4ec0\u4e48\u4e0d\u540c<\/h3>\n<p><strong>\u81ea\u7136\u6216\u6539\u826f\u81ea\u7136\u5468\u671f\uff1a<\/strong>\u4ee5\u8eab\u4f53\u81ea\u8eab\u6392\u5375\u4e3a\u4e3b\uff0c\u533b\u751f\u76d1\u6d4b\u5375\u6ce1\u3001\u6fc0\u7d20\u4e0e\u5185\u819c\uff0c\u6309\u6392\u5375\u65f6\u95f4\u5b89\u6392\u79fb\u690d\uff1b\u6539\u826f\u81ea\u7136\u5468\u671f\u53ef\u80fd\u4f7f\u7528\u6392\u5375\u9488\u6216\u8865\u5145\u9ec4\u4f53\u916e\u3002\u9002\u5408\u6392\u5375\u89c4\u5f8b\u7684\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u836f\u7269\uff08\u4eba\u5de5\uff09\u5468\u671f\uff1a<\/strong>\u4f7f\u7528\u96cc\u6fc0\u7d20\u51c6\u5907\u5185\u819c\uff0c\u518d\u6309\u80da\u80ce\u9636\u6bb5\u8ba1\u7b97\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u5f00\u59cb\u9ec4\u4f53\u916e\uff0c\u65f6\u95f4\u5b89\u6392\u8f83\u7075\u6d3b\uff0c\u4e5f\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u6392\u5375\u4e0d\u89c4\u5f8b\u8005\uff0c\u4f46\u5fc5\u987b\u4e25\u683c\u6309\u8ba1\u5212\u7528\u836f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u533b\u751f\u4f1a\u6839\u636e\u6392\u5375\u60c5\u51b5\u3001\u4ee5\u5f80\u79fb\u690d\u53f2\u3001\u5185\u819c\u539a\u5ea6\u4e0e\u5f62\u6001\u3001\u53ef\u7528\u836f\u7269\u3001\u98ce\u9669\u53ca\u76d1\u6d4b\u4fbf\u5229\u6027\u6765\u9009\u62e9\uff0c\u4e0d\u5e94\u53ea\u56e0\u65b9\u4fbf\u800c\u51b3\u5b9a\u3002\u4e86\u89e3\u66f4\u591a\uff1a<a \u51b7\u51bb\u80da\u80ce\u79fb\u690d\u6d41\u7a0b<\/h3>\n<p><strong>1. \u5f00\u59cb\u524d\u8bc4\u4f30\uff1a<\/strong>\u533b\u751f\u5ba1\u67e5\u6708\u7ecf\u53f2\u3001\u65e2\u5f80\u6000\u5b55\u4e0e\u79fb\u690d\u53f2\u3001\u6162\u6027\u75c5\u3001\u7528\u836f\u3001\u5b50\u5bab\u8d85\u58f0\u53ca\u80da\u80ce\u62a5\u544a\uff08Embryology report\uff09\u3002\u5982\u679c\u80da\u80ce\u6765\u81ea\u5176\u4ed6\u533b\u7597\u673a\u6784\uff0c\u8bf7\u5148\u628a\u62a5\u544a\u4ea4\u7ed9 GFC \u8bc4\u4f30\u662f\u5426\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a5\u6536\uff0c\u518d\u5b89\u6392\u8fd0\u9001\u6216\u79fb\u690d\u65e5\u671f\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. \u9009\u62e9\u5185\u819c\u51c6\u5907\u65b9\u5f0f\uff1a<\/strong>\u533b\u751f\u786e\u5b9a\u81ea\u7136\u3001\u6539\u826f\u81ea\u7136\u6216\u836f\u7269\u5468\u671f\uff0c\u5e76\u6309\u9700\u8981\u5b89\u6392\u8d85\u58f0\u4e0e\u6fc0\u7d20\u68c0\u6d4b\u3002\u82e5\u5185\u819c\u6216\u6fc0\u7d20\u4e0d\u5408\u9002\uff0c\u79fb\u690d\u65e5\u53ef\u80fd\u6539\u53d8\u6216\u5468\u671f\u5ef6\u540e\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. \u786e\u5b9a\u89e3\u51bb\u4e0e\u79fb\u690d\u65e5\u671f\uff1a<\/strong>\u5f00\u59cb\u9ec4\u4f53\u916e\u6216\u6392\u5375\u7684\u65e5\u671f\u5fc5\u987b\u4e0e\u80da\u80ce\u9636\u6bb5\uff08\u5982\u7b2c 3 \u5929\u80da\u80ce\u6216\u56ca\u80da\uff09\u76f8\u5bf9\u5e94\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u987b\u6309\u65f6\u7528\u836f\uff0c\u4e0d\u53ef\u81ea\u884c\u8c03\u6574\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. \u89e3\u51bb\u5e76\u8bc4\u4f30\u80da\u80ce\uff1a<\/strong>\u80da\u80ce\u5b66\u5bb6\u6309\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u6d41\u7a0b\u89e3\u51bb\u80da\u80ce\uff0c\u8bc4\u4f30\u5b58\u6d3b\u4e0e\u72b6\u6001\u540e\u518d\u79fb\u690d\u3002\u73bb\u7483\u5316\u51b7\u51bb\u7684\u80da\u80ce\u5927\u591a\u5b58\u6d3b\u826f\u597d\uff0c\u4f46\u65e0\u6cd5\u4fdd\u8bc1\u6bcf\u4e00\u4e2a\u90fd\u80fd\u5b58\u6d3b\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. \u79fb\u690d\u80da\u80ce\uff1a<\/strong>\u533b\u751f\u7528\u7ec6\u5c0f\u5bfc\u7ba1\u7ecf\u5b50\u5bab\u9888\u5c06\u80da\u80ce\u9001\u5230\u9884\u5b9a\u4f4d\u7f6e\uff0c\u8fc7\u7a0b\u901a\u5e38\u5f88\u77ed\uff0c\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u5168\u8eab\u9ebb\u9189\u3002\u533b\u7597\u56e2\u961f\u4f1a\u544a\u77e5\u662f\u5426\u9700\u8981\u618b\u5c3f\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. \u7528\u836f\u4e0e\u9a8c\u5b55\uff1a<\/strong>\u6309\u5904\u65b9\u7ee7\u7eed\u7528\u836f\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u7ea6\u5b9a\u65e5\u671f\uff08\u4e00\u822c\u79fb\u690d\u540e 10\u201314 \u5929\uff09\u62bd\u8840\u68c0\u6d4b
